About Our Founder:
Gary Teaman founded Hammer Search Partners in 2011. He has extensive experience in Executive Staffing, Recruiting and Business Management for some of the world’s leading financial services organizations.
Prior to starting Hammer Search Partners, Gary was a senior recruiter at Analytic Recruiting where he managed executive recruiting assignments for leading banks, investment management firms and hedge funds. He has been an executive recruiter for over 15 years.
Prior to entering the recruiting field, Gary was Managing Director at Credit Agricole CIB, and held several credit and capital markets positions in the banking sector. He holds an MBA from the NYU Stern School of Business and a BBA from Boston University Questrom School of Business.
